Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The print quality is clearly flawed

  • The product delivered differs significantly from what was shown at the time of ordering

We do not offer returns or exchanges based on incorrect size or color selection. Please refer to the size charts available on each product page before placing an order.

If your item meets one of the criteria listed above, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery at:

  • Your order number and the email used at checkout

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant photographs, including:

    • The full item

    • A close-up of the problem (e.g., printing error, defect)

    • Product label and size tag (for clothing)

    • Front and back of the product (for phone cases or accessories)

    • Entire item lying flat (for posters)

Please keep the item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

We typically respond to all replacement or refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps to complete your request.


🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note that slight color differences between digital previews and physical products may occur due to:

  • Screen calibration differences across devices

  • Fabric and material absorption properties

  • Lighting conditions at the time of viewing

These minor variations are industry-standard and do not qualify as defects.


🚚 Return Shipping

If your replacement or refund request is approved, Printoo.shop will cover the cost of return shipping. Our support team will guide you through the next steps after your case is reviewed.

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of approval for the refund to be completed.

If you choose store credit instead of a monetary refund, it will be issued as a digital code that can be used on any future purchase at Printoo.shop.

Store credits:

  • Do not expire

  • Are non-transferable

  • Can be used partially or fully on one or more orders

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, please note the following:

Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

As our products are made-to-order and personalized, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law does not apply, except where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
